This month we cooked the Japanese fast food delight, okonomiyaki.  This cabbage based dish is as popular in Japan as hamburgers are in America. Okonomi means "as you like it", and yaki means "grilled".  This dish is very versatile for a crowd with everyone tossing in the ingredients they like.  Everybody pitched in with their cooking skills to put this dish together.  Extra thanks to Jackie, who ran the grill and cooked all our yummy portions.
