CHILL Policies

Please refer to Palmer Public Library's standard policies and code of conduct.
Additionally, please note the following:
AGE RESTRICTIONS:

The target audience for library hosted CHILL events or workshops is approximately 15-25.
Participants are not required to be enrolled in school.
Teens younger than 15 may not attend.

The library hosts a separate group for tweens, ages 12-14.  Find that information at pplak.org/middleschool.
No Weapons Image

All Chill event participants under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian sign a photo release giving permission to the Palmer Library to use event photos on our website.
If you do not want your child's photo publicized, please write "No Photos" in place of your signature. We never sell images or information to third parties, and names are not usually attached to photos.  This form only needs to be signed one time to cover all future CHILL events.

Email is required in case we need more information.
By signing this form, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor listed above, and you give permission to the Palmer Library to use said minor's photograph on the library website, or other media designated for the library. Please submit a separate form for each minor in your family.
